DuPont's medical-grade silicones comply with USP Class VI and ISO 10993 standards, with materials available for implantation within 29 days or exceeding 29 days according to customer requirements. Depending on customer processing techniques—moulding, extrusion, injection moulding—both solid and liquid forms are offered. Furthermore, the Q7-47 series has successfully registered with the China Medical Device Evaluation Centre (CMDE) for Class III implantable medical devices, thereby simplifying customers' own product registration processes.
